I got this honeycrisp bare root tree back in March. Is it alive? The top is not growing any leaves while the bottom is.

And then the third image is of my bare root cherry tree, also purchased in March. It's a 3 variety tree, but I only see leaves on one branch. And it hasn't been growing.
