Diastasis recti workouts and rebuilding core

I don’t know if I technically have diastasis recti but my core has been so weak since I had a c-section 4 years ago. I’ve been getting back into working out but find I’m having to modify lifts a ton due to my weak core. Does anyone have advice or workout plan they followed that helped strengthen the core that are safe for diastasis recti?
