New NMES Device!

My insurance finally approved the authorization for me to get one of these to aid in my recovery. After my specialist programmed it for me, we cranked it up to 26. With the added trigger, it was super easy to operate while doing PT. The straight leg raises without the brace are the hardest for me and tend to hurt near the fracture. Definitely looking forward to my workouts now!

With the backstory out of the way, it's safe to say my left leg has been through hell. However, last night was the first night since the injury that I've been able to sleep on my side and damn it felt good! Very little pain now, quad activation going well, and I'm allowed to attempt to walk. Seeing a light at the end of the tunnel is invigorating!
