Not getting my money in D market wallet
Hi,
I put 250$ worth of money in the D market wallet through a crypto (Solana) through Crypto (by Stripe).
The payment went through from my Coinbase wallet and everything went smoothly. On D market, it’s been showing that the transaction failed but my payment went through.
I opened a support ticket with D market and they said I’ve to contact Stripe for this. I contacted Stripe and they said only the merchant should be able to look up the payment and process any refund or payment.
It’s been over a week since this happened and D market is also not responding since 3-4 days.
I’m really frustrated at this shady support by D-market as I’ve verified my KYC, been a legit user of the platform and had no issues previously.
Any idea what should I do next?
