uhh my legs hurt and its like 1 am, i took a shower before shaving, used exfoliating cream, going up and against hair, trimmed with electrical razor first, used shaving cream. still my legs hurt. wohoo. is this the price to pay for cuteness or am i dumbb. i hate genetics.

sooooo summer is just around the corner, and i feel like this has been asked a thousand times, but what exercises do you use for glutes, core and legs? i want to complement it with high protein diet and back + arms exercises (training karate stuff), but at the same time i dont want to look too masculine, any tips??
