Account help for simpcity

For a while i couldnt access the site, got a gateway errie. Now i can, but my account has logged out and my password isnt working. I know its the right password, but it keeps saying wrong password. Dont have the recovery words and for some reason the site wont let me recover the password through my email... Any thoughts?

Edit:registratuon button us also missing, so cant make a new account either.

Havent been able to access the site for a couple of days now. Keep getting this message. Tries on several devices and same result.
