I’m 3 weeks removed from surgery after a complete rupture. I was trying to put pants on, didn’t have my boot on and lost my balance. I instinctively used my bad foot to catch my balance, bending it up. I felt 2 small tears when that happened. I still pass the Thompson test and there’s no swelling but I’m still freaking out as the doctor isn’t open today
