Why don't our college releases branch wise placement statistics like other colleges do. If anyone can provide please do it

Since my branch is fucked🥲. Will i be able to sit in any tech companies(excluding the mass recruiters) if I build my skills to some great extent. Or will companies allow me off campus ? Can I get a decent package with a good skillset? Currently in 2nd year

When is the extra fee of semester 1 refunded ?
