Title: Broke med student looking for legit side income (online/remote) — what actually works?

I’m a 22-year-old medical student studying in a government medical college, and like most of us, finances are… tight.

I already do some tuition, but it’s not really enough anymore. With the workload of med school, I can’t take on something too time-heavy or physically demanding, so I’m mainly looking for online or remote income options that are actually realistic.

I’m not expecting to get rich overnight — just something steady that I can manage alongside studies.

A bit about me:

- Comfortable with basic writing, teaching, and explaining concepts

- Decent English communication

- Can learn new skills if needed (but preferably something with a short learning curve)

What I’m trying to avoid:

- Scammy stuff / MLM / “investment” traps

- Things that take months before earning anything

If you’ve been in a similar situation or know something that genuinely works (freelancing, tutoring platforms, content writing, etc.), I’d really appreciate your advice.

What are some realistic ways a med student can earn online without burning out?
