To start, I am 4ft 11 inches and I’m 156 pounds. I can eat healthy, I can eat unhealthy. It doesn’t matter though. My problem is I eat and even if I am full and eating at a calorie deficit/eating COMPLETELY healthy, I am still over eating. I don’t know how to stop this habit and control myself. I will eat even when I’m full and then the moment I start feeling hungry again (10-15 minutes) I’m right back into the kitchen. This is the biggest I’ve ever been. So wtf can I do to stop this??
