I wrote a behind-the-scenes breakdown/tutorial of my CS2 Workshop design, AWP :: Ghost of Pripyat, inspired by the Cache map.

The article focuses on the process behind the work:

3D modeling, painting, material choices, visual references, and how smaller storytelling details can help support a map-inspired design.

It may be useful for other Workshop creators interested in building stronger themes, using references more intentionally, and keeping a skin readable while still adding depth.
