I recently had a good run on a monk with Stone Fists, and when it came time to upgrade abilities, I felt like the effect of Stone Fists+ was worse.

The upgrade prevents you from using the ability multiple times and completely removes your shield. Is it worth the buffs for the rest of the battle?
