Nellie Steven’s advice

Nellie Steven’s advice

I have a Nellie R Steven’s holly planted on the corner of a landscape bed in the front yard, the past two years have seen tremendous growth. Should I shape/prune it back a little? It’s May here in southern middle Tennessee and am wondering if I should wait until this winter. I don’t want to stress the tree, but don’t want it to be overgrown either.

Need some help

I’m reaching out for some help with my three Venus flytraps. I’m very new to houseplants and have had these for about a month and a half.
I was told not to transplant them while they’re actively growing, but they seem like they’re starting to outgrow these small pots. Do they look okay as they are?
I’d appreciate any advice on how to keep them healthy and thriving. Is it okay to transplant them now, or should I wait until they go dormant?
I’ve got a lot to learn, but these are really cool plants and I want to take good care of them. Thanks in advance!
