Lately I have gone all in building software actually targeting the local kenyan market,originally I used to target a global audience but that did not really work out so I have decided I will make software to actually help the local market,another thing I also realized back then was when I was doing web design it actually worked better targeting the kenyan market,hopefully the same works for Saas,what are your thoughts on this and has it ever worked for you?
