As the title says; I usually listen to music in my earbuds to and from work (takes me about 40/50 mins to and back) I started having muffled hearing in my right ear along with pain/slight ringing last week, and just to make sure I checked the db amount with decibel X. It says my volume amount rest between 75db minimum/90db max.

I work in truck offloads but the site never goes above 60db mostly.

Would anything I'm doing right now affect my hearing in the long-run?

I did go to the doctor to make sure and she believed it was the allergy season affecting my sinuses causing the issue but I just want to make sure if this clears up if I'm doing anything wrong with my hearing in the long run. :)
