Mimosa tincture soaking for 1 year 😬. Still good?
Last summer, I filled a jar of mimosa flowers & vodka to create a tincture but after 6 weeks of diligently gently shaking the jar every day, I forgot about it in the cabinet until today. Any experienced tincture experts think it would still be ok after so many months? Thoughts?
