The survey consists of 21 questions. The first is a yes/no question asking if you're a native english speaker. The rest of the survey consists of 20 sentences which you will be rating on a scale from 1 to 7 where 1 is completely unnatural and 7 is completely natural.

The usual time it takes to answer is 2-6 minutes.
