So I am looking at 869 Buena Ave (Times Square), and I am seeing a lot of reviews saying bed bugs. However... I am looking for current residents to see if I might be interested in renting here. Specifically because my assumption is that pretty much every person who had bed bugs in this relatively large building probably left a bad review, meaning that most of the units are fine but with a few nightmares. How is the 5th floor? And can you hear neighbours either upstairs or to the side?
