My grandpa wanted to get rid of his parrot last year, so I adopted him. Only thing is, he can't fly. He never learned to fly and he hasn't built up any muscle.

I have been trying to train with him a bit "dropping" him on the field outside my house. ( He doesn't drop like a brick or anything but he kind of flutters downwards diagonally)

Do you guys have any ideas of things I can try? Or if a bird that is already this old can even still learn to fly?
