I'm currently a junior in highschool who wanted to get a headscarf on my college list. So far I've settled on a few and Bryn Mawr has really taken a place in my heart. However I trekked over to social media to see how the masses felt about it, I was met with some allegations of racism. Now as a black young women that raises some concerns for me as I dont want the place I'll likely call home to feel hostile. Has any other black girls who go to Bryn Mawr experienced any form of hate Crime and racism during their time there?
