Advice for purchasing as pressure cooker

It is difficult to find pressure cookers in my country, so I need to buy online. I have an induction stove, so the cooker must work with that. If I buy one I figure I might as well go big, so I think I want something in the range of 15-20 liters (or quarts, they are similar). It needs to be shipped to Europe, so if it is available on Amazon it is helpful.

Any suggestions? Or any advice on things to look for or avoid?

First time growing beans for drying. When to harvest?

This year I planted some beans with the intention to dry (previously I have picked and eaten them green as strong beans). The varieties I have are kidney beans, black beans, and borlotti beans. The latter ate furthest along, looking like the one in the picture. Is it time to harvest, or should I let them sit on the plant a while longer?

Ammonia fermentation, what is it scientifically?

I am currently a week into fermenting Lasallia Pustulata in ammonia, and got to thinking. As I know it from food preservation, fermentation is done by microbes in an anaerobic environment. So how is putting stuff in ammonia and aerating it regularly considered fermenting? What chemically happens in this process?

I have tried googling but haven't found any satisfactory answers.

Any willow weavers in Scandinavia here?

I would like to plant some willow for basket weaving but I am having a hard time finding plants or cuttings to purchase. There are tons of varieties in the UK, but I haven't found anyone who ships to the EU.

Any weavers from Scandinavia here who could point me to a good supplier, or maybe a more local FB group where people sell cuttings?

As the title says. I don't think it is in any way meant to be historically accurate, but I'd like to know if it has any resemblance to any historical era.
