How to Avoid Constantly Changing and Rewriting a Fic?

I'm not sure if this is considered perfectionism or simply being fussy, but I've been having a major issue with a particular oneshot. To provide a little context, it's a smut oneshot that I don't see being longer than 5k.

I have an outline and start writing it, and then once I get to a certain point I find that I am not happy with it. There's no one particular thing in mind that stands out for me, and when I'm writing it I'm enjoying it. But I keep changing my mind on how things should happen and end up going back to re-outline and rewrite it. At this point, I've gone though multiple drafts, changing things back and forth, but nothing works. In the last few weeks I wrote up to 3k words, found I didn't like it, and then today I've redone it and written around 1-1.5k words only to be dissatisfied with that too.

Has anyone else experienced this? Because I thought that outlining it and having a plan in mind would avoid this, but nothing I write seems right and it's really frustrating because I really want to finish this oneshot. But I can't and this is the one idea I have at the moment that I'm actually interested in, so it isn't like I have anything else to work on unless I come up with a whole new idea and risk the same thing happening there.

Should I just try and word vomit my idea in one go quickly just to get it finished so I can't get sick of it in the middle of writing? Or maybe not work in a chronological order? I like this idea and I don't want to drop it or leave it waiting any longer, but actually getting through a whole draft is annoyingly difficult even though it shouldn't be.
