I dont wanna hear ANYTHING about pentels, mungyo galleries, mont martes!! Has there ever been a cheap brand you've tried that is not well known but still has good quality for full artworks?

I could recommend Colleen as one of the rare good quality ones for extremely cheap! It's really creamy, blendable, and layerable. My 16 pc set is the only one that helps me redeem the numerous crappy oil pastels sets that I've obtained over the years because it layers on top of cheap, chalky, and waxy oil pastels REALLY well. The 16 pc pack is equivalent to 4.20 dollars.
