I manage a single-family home in Florida. FL law states that landlords are not responsible for pest control in single-family properties. I can't find language to add to the lease that states that pest control is the tenant's responsibility. If any of you have language in your lease, can you please share it? (FWIW: This is a renewal of a lease for an existing tenant so I don't think we need verbiage about how we exterminated before she moved in, etc.)
