Me and my partner booked the Nobu brunch months in advance to celebrate our anniversary. At £90 we thought it was insane but surely it had to be good right? We were completely wrong. The bill came to £202 and when we asked to remove service they got all mad, a women gave us dirty looks and was incredibly rude to our waiter. We gave him £20 cash tip, he was the only one that did stuff for us so why should anyone take his money.
Anyway, the actual food was ok but no way was it good enough to be £200 for two people.you can only eat so much sashimi before it starts tasting bad and they really lack different flavours. In no way shape or form was any of the sashimi going to cost over £20 so the way they made this somehow seem £90 is disgusting. The desserts were not bad, the cakes weren’t great but the passion fruit jelly thing was pretty good.
But then came out our mains the real reason we thought this deal would be good. I got the miso black cod and it was cold. Completely cold and I couldn’t even ask to send it back because the waiters had walked passed us.
It wasn’t good at all and I was shocked because everyone told me this is there best item! However the rock shrimp were warm but honestly weren’t that bad at all.

Anyway.. what I’m trying to say is don’t waste your money at Nobu. No lunch is worth £90 pp no matter how much money you have. All I can say is i truly regret going and don’t reccomend anyone to waste their time.

I wonder if people had a similar experience to me because I’ve only seen good reviews?! Am I too picky?
