I used to do gymnastics for about 10 years, barely trained abs, but still had an insane six pack. I took about a year off (keeping my diet the same) and then got back to working out again. A couple months ago I developed my abs for a year and a half after that, closer to what they were before, but all of the sudden, it feels like I’ve lost all definition overnight even though I am tracking my calories and macros while working out hard. I’ve never had trouble developing my abs before but now I feel like I’ve lost all my progress overnight. I can’t think of a single thing that I’m doing differently; does anyone have suggestions about this phenomenon?
