7 month progress of mole removal scar on hand and long-term potential
About 7 months ago I had a flat, circular mole removed from my hand and the scar still has not faded much. I'm hoping someone could let me know what the long-term results are likely to be and whether there's anything I can do right now (whether it's a temporary fix with something like concealer, or something that'll help the actual scar heal more optimally).
I have been using ScarAway scar gel for probably the last 6 months relatively consistently and have been avoiding sun exposure rather diligently, but it still looks so noticeable.
Historically, I have noticed that my skin seems to heal at a slower rate than average with other scrapes and scars I've gotten, and I've accepted that, but mostly I just want to know that this will, at some point, blend in somewhat seamlessly with the rest of my skin.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to make this happen more quickly and what to do in the meantime
