We completed interview on March 30 2026 for I-130 and i485, however we still haven’t gotten any update as yet, it just says case is being actively reviewed by uscis. Our Apartment lease is ending June 13 2026 and we want to move to Fort Lauderdale to live with family and this decision would also be good seeing that my husband is an army national guard, his unit is also located in Fort Lauderdale so moving closer just seems like the best decision to make. However we are a bit concerned about if that decision would delay our case. Seeing that the new address would be out of jurisdiction with Jacksonville field office that has the case now. I also haven’t received a work permit or social. What would you suggest?
