Stats applying to Houston BSN programs
Hello everyone! I am currently applying to BSN programs in Houston TX for spring ‘27, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to look at my stats. I have a 3.75 cumulative gpa and a 3.79 science gpa, alongside a 96 TEAS (one take). I know that these are good stats but I also have 5 drops (all non-science online classes), and I am really worried that no matter how good my stats are the drops will make me ineligible. My gpa has consistently gone up throughout my four semesters and even with the drops I was always a full time student. I have no healthcare experience but I’ve worked in infant care in a nursery for two years and I had childhood leukemia (both of which I wrote about in my personal statement). I’m applying to Cizik, UTMB, and TWU. Do I have a chance at any of them?
