Two weeks of proper research and messing around with the game functions, finally assembled a starting XI and won my first game. Couldn't be more happy than this.
For some this is something ultra casual, but I've started my save unemployed and with no coaching badges / courses. Due to my preference of managing youngsters I've just set all points in managing youngsters. I spent at least a month jobless until Atletico Torres from Pernambuco - a club playing non-league football in Brazil and in the Pernambuco 2nd division (state championship). Spent almost a month in-game assembling a team of players and after several refusals, contract rejections and snubs, just finished assembling at least eleven players from the free agents section and this is the result of my first game with them! (I don't have access to the in-game editor in this save so I cannot check their CAs and PAs). I feel so good.
