Has anyone else picked up a strong ammonia smell from this latest batch of gravitron smediums? I've never tried this strain, but I don't think weed is supposed to smell like that. Figured I'd check with anyone that has tried it here.
(Yadada x (E85 x Doggy Bagg)
Bag appeal and cure is great, the nose hit me in the face as soon as I ripped the seal. Limonene forward blueberry-gassiness that just assaults my nostrils which eventually settles into an aroma reminding me of zoap. Dense sticky-icky nugs as well, great first impression of this strain.
Flavor at 465F is nice, it's a lemony-blueberry profile complemented by cleaning detergent or perm. A bit more soapy than I expected out of a vape, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless. I have a feeling that experience with joints/blunts/bowls may vary.
Effects are physically relaxing and mentally stimulating, felt like it gave me a mood boost. No headband or pressure behind the eyes like some indica-dominant strains make me feel, it's more of a release of tension over the body led by euphoria. Pretty spot-on for the profile which is led by Limonene, Caryophyllene, and Linalool. Legs are good, going on about an hour.
Highly recommend this batch, but it looks like I don't need to since Miami already sold out lol. Honestly felt like I was opening a pack of exotics back in high school, good stuff. Happy friday.

Decided to take TL up on this 50% off deal and I can’t say I’m disappointed with the result. Strong nose upon opening, saw someone on here say that blue dream shines through strong and I can agree with that. Bag appeal is nice.
Flavor out of the twist pro at 455° is nothing special, dank earthy and SLIGHTLY fruity on the backend. No complaints here as I made sure to set realistic expectations for a $70 oz.
Effects are actually great, I get a punchy indica leaning buzz that’s true to the name but not to the “Sativa” label on the website. Soothing pressure behind the forehead that settles into a nice body relaxation and munchies. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget and have the allotment.
(Blue Sherbert x Lemon Cherry Gelato)
Bag appeal and aroma are great, all of my latest pickups from GF have been coated in trichs. Nose out of the bag is earthy and citrusy. The nugs are slightly dry, but it makes no real difference in the ruby twist.
Flavor at 475° is nice, very LCG forward with earthy notes of sweet lemon and some sort of flan/custard.
Aftertaste leaves a bit of diesel on the palate, it’s really a delicious cross.
Effects are listed as indica-leaning and I’d agree with that. Gives me a calming, hazy & relaxed kinda high. Could really go for some food right now lol. Highly recommend trying this batch, will get again.
(Purple Punch x Tropicana Cookies)
I’ve already reviewed this in the past so I’ll keep it short, this is probably the best batch of trop punch I’ve had so far. It looks runny but it actually separates like badder when scooped.
Strawberry/citrusy GSC profile with chocolate or toffee notes layered in there. Loud and tasty, balanced effects with decent legs.
(The Original Lemonnade x Cherry Pie)
This is one of the first strains I tried in the program, it’s a very special cross indeed. Amazing bag appeal, DENSE christmas tree shaped nugs— packed with orange/amber pistils. Whole 8th came in two nugs.
Nose is amazing, not particularly loud but it’s a complex lemon/candy forward profile that reminds me of orange Welch’s and Lemon Heads candies. Flavor is just as great, complex lemony-citrusy profile that just screams Lemon Heads at 465°. Wow !!
Effects are mentally stimulating for sure, I’m not getting a stoney/hazy or couch locked type of high. A tiny bowl has me feeling engaged and physically relaxed at the same time, can’t speak on legs yet. Highly recommend trying this batch.
(Tropicana Cookies x Papaya)
Love trop cookies that goes without saying, crossing this with papaya is a no brainer. It’s a lovely strain that I make sure to get every time I see it. I have to say, this batch leaves a bit to be desired.
The nose and flavor is amazing as always, but it’s muted all the way through. I personally believe it has something to do with the lighter color, the first batches of Tropaya had a nice beige color while this one’s whitish. These appear to me as premature trichs, meaning that the plant was harvested before maturing to its fullest potential. Shame, but it’s still not bad by any means.
I've already reviewed this strain so I don't have much to say about it, the genetics are some of my favorites in the program.
(Mochi x Z)
This is a great batch of candy rain. Awesome bag appeal, beautiful frosty nugs with bright green and deep purple leaves spread throughout. Strong candy nose with a slight hint of cleaning detergent, much louder than any batch of candy I’ve tried.
Flavor through the twist at 490° is delicious, unapologetically strong candy profile with slight earthy and citrusy undertones. The flavor profile is my favorite part about this strain.
Effects were pretty balanced for me, a small bowl gave me a chill/mellow high and a bit of pressure behind the eyes. Nothing to write home about but pleasant nonetheless, I highly recommend this batch. Happy Tuesday folks 🫡
(Grape Head x Jungle Cake)
Beautiful bud structure and amazing bag appeal overall, holy terpinolene bomb. The nugs were so sticky that I had to pull some off of the plastic tray JB uses. The nugs are dry and brittle like the usual JB pack.
Flavor translates pretty well at 485°, maybe I get slight notes of grape but virtually everything is overshadowed by the sharp, tangy terpinolene profile. Unfortunately this was extremely harsh for me, biggest let down because this could have easily been one of my favorites from JB.
Effects are pretty forgettable to be honest, short sativa leaning effects is the most I could say I noticed.
(Watermelon Z x Gelato 45)
First time trying GF flower in a while, I have to say I’m impressed with this 8th. Bag appeal is amazing, frosty nugs that glitter in the sunlight and a complex but unmistakable watermelon aroma that creeps up on your nose. Awesome dry/cure, the nugs are stinky, squishy, and springy.
Flavor is interesting, first time trying watermelon terps from a ball vape — burned at 485°. I get cakey-ice cream on the front end, and the backend/aftertaste is sweet/candy ish in a way that reminds me of watermelon. Not an overwhelming amount, but it definitely carries notes of sweet fruit.
Effects are leaning indica for me, I feel a bit hazy or stoney after two bowls of this but it’s also not making me feel tired or all that hungry. More of a chill, cruising type of high. I recommend this one if you’re looking for something to unwind after a long day, $24 well spent imo. Happy friday & thanks for reading :)
