Been loving Rise’s live resin lately, this is easily one of my favorite pickups this year. It’s a unique, new (to me) cross that hits proper. If you haven’t checked out their Live Resin, I highly recommend it.
Complex fruity and mixed berry scent upon opening, I can pick up a faint gassy smell in the background too if I really sit with it. Dabbing this is quite the experience, it’s crazy to me how much it actually tastes like star fruit. Not exactly sweet, not exactly sour either.. Wish I could describe it better. Burns smooth as butter, only light coughing at 460ºF and I have bitch lungs.
Effects are fast onset and functional, yet relaxing. I’m starting off my Monday nicely with this one. Enjoy your week ladies and gents.
Dr. Dabber Switch 2

This bad boy came in the mail the other day, and I have to say it has completely changed the way I look at dabs. For context, I've been dabbing for the better part of 3 years. Throughout those 3 years, I've only owned a peak pro 3dxl and a pivot. I can now concur with personal experience that the Switch 2 does indeed perform better than the peak.
I'd like to expand on that though, because I often see people make the intellectually lazy argument that S2 is superior because they "never touched a puffco device again". Most of the time when people say this, they don't back up their claims or just continue praising the device without expounding. I'll try my best to do that.
The biggest advantage for me is the 20mm banger or "insert". It's made of quartz rather than ceramic like the 3dxl chamber, leading to more flavorful and efficient dabs. I kept my peak at 460-500F, but with the S2 I can take decent sized globs and stay between 445-465 for milky flavorful dabs. No concern for spilling from pulling too hard either, the oil doesn't seep over like it does in the peak. You can rip this shit and it'll go as far as you take it.
Cleaning is the next most obvious advantage for me, it's a breeze. Dunked the carb cap along with the insert into some iso and rinsed the glass. The base itself doesn't accumulate nearly as much reclaim as my peak, just takes a couple of iso swabs and it's good to go.
Happy to answer any other questions about the two devices, but for the time being I agree with the general consensus. The Switch 2 is miles ahead of the peak, Puffco has been slugging along these past few years with limited edition color releases and other useless bullshit. They are no longer the only major competitor in the E-Rig market, and their complacency is driving the company's reputation down the drain. It is truly a shame to see the company which provided me with such a great experience over several years, fall behind to an espresso machine. It is what it is.

(Tropicana Cookies x Lemonberry)
Goldflower removed the lineage of this strain from their website, so just a heads up that this could have recently changed. That being said, it doesn’t taste or feel different so I’ll assume it’s the same cross. It’s a delicious flavor profile with notes of strawberry yogurt, grape juice, and a gassy finish. Effects balanced, decent but kinda short on the legs.

Above average effects for goldflower, the sherb comes through nicely. Went a bit hotter than normal to 510°F and it burned quite dark, but still tastes great.

This the first time I try anything AL/C, it’s a very unique yet nostalgic 8th. Got this for 50% off with the “WEARESOBACK” code, and for $30, you could never go wrong with this. That being said, $60/8th or $140/14g is just not the best deal. I can definitely see myself grabbing an ALC half in the future, but there are better offers in terms of quality and price out there.
Bag Appeal/Nose: 9/10
Immediately picking up strong notes of green/sour apple, backed by a gassy funkiness that stinks up my room. Dense, well-cured nugs with an extraordinary appearance. Bright orange/amber pistils covering a mix of light green and purple. Good.
Flavor: 7/10
The sour apple comes through in the DHV, but certainly not as much as I expected. It doesn’t coat or linger on the palate, more so something you notice as it quickly disappears. The gassiness does linger, which somewhat makes up for the unmet expectations. It’s ight.
Effects: 9/10
I agree with connected’s description of the effects, it’s giving me that heavy stoniness behind the eyes along with a giggly and creative high. I’m a big fan so far, although I can’t speak on legs as I’m still seshing. It’s great for $30.

(Spanish Barbara x Lemon Tree Skorange)
First time trying a proper wash of this, the first time I tried this strain from GF it was very dirty and chazzed up my chamber. This time around it’s awesome, in terms of consistency, burn, flavor, and effects.
Jar Appeal/Nose: 9/10
Complex yet smooth and delicate notes of peach. Looks absolutely delicious, almost like it’s meant to be eaten right out the jar. Or maybe I’m just hungry lol. Minus one point for the pube.
Flavor: 9/10
Nose translates very interestingly to the flavor.. The exhale gives me a sort of candy or creamy dessert profile that i’d expect from a Z cross, but the aftertaste is this delectably smooth peachy sweetness that lingers on the palate. It’s great.
Effects: 7/10
Sativa leaning effects with a relaxing overarching feeling of euphoria. It’s a functional high for me, definitely one I can take during the day if I want some peach in my life. Short legs.
Great batch, absolutely delicious with decent effects. Can’t speak on legs yet but I’m pretty smacked.
I’ve already reviewed this strain before so I’ll keep it short. This is definitely one to try if you dig these kinds of terps. Cheers.

(Blue Runtz x Garlic Cocktail)
This is an instant new favorite for me from sunkissed, it's a unique cross with interesting genetics. I'm grabbing a half oz of this as soon as I can. If you're a fan of trop cherry, garlic cocktail, orange apricot, etc. this is something you've got to check it out.
Bag Appeal/Nose: 10/10
Opened the mylar to a delicious complex aroma that reminds me of tangerine, orange, blueberries, fruity cocktail, and a bit of garlicky rankness if you really sit with it. It has an above average trich coverage, the nugs look frosty in the light while the actual flower is a mix of light/dark green with a deep purple on the inside.
Flavor: 9/10
Flavor translates from the nose to a DHV hit deliciously, the front end is sweet and complex almost identical to a fruity cocktail. The back end is also fruity, but the garlic and runtz start to shine a little bit as well. This one doesn't coat the palate or linger like I expected it to with that trich coverage, but it's unique and complex enough that I don't mind.
Effects: 8/10
Pretty generic effects on this one in my opinion, it's a balanced high that is somewhat functional but still relaxing to the point where it gets in the way of my concentration. I'd recommend taking this one one in the morning on a day off, or a Sunday or whatever. Legs are okay.
My absolute favorite strain in the program, GF is really doing right by this cultivar. Need more washes of this and maybe flower batches ASAP 🙏

Nose/Jar Appeal: 10/10
Smells loud, stunk up my car of sweet garlic as soon as I opened it. The crystals are a decent serving size, easy to mix with the sauce since it is extremely viscous. They actually slide off of my hot knife if I hold it at an angle, just to give a visual.
Flavor: 9/10
Delicious garlic-forward profile that coats the palate and lingers. You can tell from how intense the nose is that the flavor will be strong as well, funky garlicky flavor all the way through with small but distinct undertones of sweet fruit. The garlic drip certainly dominates here, I might just be spoiled but I do feel like the fantasy melons could have shown up a bit more.
Effects: 9/10
Pretty straightforward sativa-leaning effects on this one, although it isn’t racy. In fact, I get a bit of mental fog if I take a huge dab at once. Apart from taking too much at once, it’s mentally stimulating and provokes a sense of awareness throughout my high. Legs are fine, started fading off about 50 min to an hour.

This is a great 3.5g batch, moisture is just right and the smell hits you in the face right out of the bag. If you’ve been waiting on a good batch of this strain, I suggest getting at least one eighth. I’ve already reviewed this strain before so I’ll link it down here.
My Next Gen 2.0 Herb Mill came in yesterday, and I’m absolutely loving it. My Phoenician grinder’s build quality compared to this one is night and day, the material feels premium and it’s heavy in your hand despite only measuring 2in diameter.
If you didn’t already know about herb mills, they don’t work like conventional grinders. They use milling plates to gently shred the flower rather than obliterating the trichomes with teeth. I added a “fine” milling plate to my order and it’s working great with my DHV. Highly recommend giving these a try.

I decided to do a bit of research on this strain, and I quickly found a cross called "Nuclear Slurpee" with the exact same genetics, this is a strain created by Dank Mob in collaboration with Craft Farmer's "Kut Throat Kandy" clone. I'm assuming that Gold Flower hunted this pheno we're seeing in stores, and renamed one of the parents to "Kut Throat Kush".

Bag Appeal/Nose: 9/10
This one looks incredible, spiky bright green nugs that are absolutely covered in frosty white trichs. The nose isn't particularly strong, but it is complex. It's a modern candy-heavy profile that really reminds me of warheads. No 10/10 because I do wish it was a bit louder.
Flavor: 9/10
Sweet candy profile all the way through, sweet and savory on the exhale and you really start tasting the warheads on the backend. Candy aftertaste lingers heavy. Seems to like moderate temperatures, burning proper brown at 520F out of the ruby twist. Very tasty.
Effects: 7/10
It's just okay, this didn't get me blasted like the appearance led me to believe it would. It's slightly sativa leaning, but I still get a spacey/foggy body feeling like an indica leaning high would give. I'd say it's quite balanced, with short legs. Meh.
The glass is Cell Mega by Vgoodiez.
This is a decent rip of the ruby twist at a mild temperature, didn’t preheat the bowl or anything. I can get bigger clouds at higher temps but I prefer extracting as much flavor as I can. Sometimes I preheat the bowl with much lower temps, but I’ve found this only works with certain strains.
Zereals 0.3-0.4g hittin decent. Not stoned but not sober either 😅 enjoy the evening, cheers. 🔥
(Cereal Milk x Zkittlez) by G-Putt
G-Putt's take on Zereals is great, its profile is distinct from any GF flower I've tried so far. Opened the mylar to the chillest 3g nug I've ever seen, I'm quite happy with that. If you like Z, Cereal Milk, Runtz, or Zoap, this one will probably be up your alley.
Profile
Nose/Bag Appeal: 8/10
The first thing that hit me when I opened the bag is Cereal Milk, it's quite dominant in the cross' profile. That being said, the Z follows closely with a generously fruity and soapy/detergent-ish influence. One 2.95g nug and one 0.55g, looks like the top of the cola to me. I will say that the nose could've been a bit more pronounced.
Flavor: 9/10
Tastes incredible out of the ruby twist, seems to like higher temperatures burning light brown at 530F. Fruit candy/dessert notes on the front end that eventually turns into a more rounded sweet and savory profile. Lingers on the palate. Only gave it a 9/10 because it isn't my absolute favorite flavor profile.
Effects: 7/10
Effects on this one aren't anything to write home about, I'd probably describe it as uplifting and euphoric rather than stoney or anything similar. In other words it's a sativa-dominant high, with quite short legs I may add. Maybe my opinion will change after sitting with it for a while.
