¿Has anyone here ever had surgery for distal clavicule osteolysis?

I have been having problems with the acromioclavicular joint for almost 2 years, I have done physiotherapy and many rehabilitation exercises at the gym, I have mostly done exercises to strengthen the acromioclavicular joint.
However, I have not been able to overcome the limitations this pathology gives me, I can't do bench press, push-ups, dominated, etc... With physiotherapy and exercises I have removed all the pain around the area, but when doing the exercises, I feel a lot of discomfort in the acromial area. They offered me surgery and told me that I would be able to resume my normal activities. I am 25 years old and I wanted to know if some of you could return to normal after this surgery, by which I mean doing all kinds of exercises without limitations and lifting heavy.
