I heard from many people that they like being a merc for the money and stuff, but i dont See the Pro sides... as a vassal you can earn so much more trough citys and stuff. Sure you have to fight and defend your fiefs but its so much more easy to life than being a Merc right? or am i missing something?
In my Bannerlord playthrough, I decided to roleplay as a Viking and chose Hvalvik as my homeland. I started from nothing, raiding villages and slowly building my strength.
Eventually, I made it my life's goal to conquer Hvalvik, free it from Vlandia, and create a true Nordic kingdom where its people could live freely again.
I failed twice.
After that, I founded my own kingdom and recruited Ospir, the lord who owned Hvalvik, into my kingdom.
As expected, Vlandia declared war on me and repeatedly tried to raid my coastal villages. I defended my land, but I realized they would just keep coming back over and over again...
So I started executing every captured lord.
At this point, I've executed almost every Vlandian lord, and many of their clans only have one or two adult members left.
Now I'm wondering: what actually happens if every single Vlandian clan goes extinct?
