Can i get away with drinking alcohol/soda through a straw every now and then?

I’ve been having gum issues for a while, mostly to do with recession and sometimes inflammation in my molars however my hygiene routine is very strict.

water floss every morning and night
floss every night and if time morning
sometimes interdental brushes too
rinse with antibacterial alcohol free mouthwash
brush at the gum line with an electric toothbrush
xylitol gum after every meal

However I have plans with friends to go out for the night - we’d usually get back around 4am and we’d be drinking
I’m worried this would cause an inflammation flare up especially since i don’t usually drink anymore, would drinking with a straw right at the back of my mouth prevent this? and then as soon as i get back floss and brush?
i’m aware alcohol is a trigger but is it only a trigger for the mouth biom or is actually consuming it and running down your body also a trigger

Why can’t I fix my gums?!! what is wrong with them please help

Hello! I have been having issues since december with my gums, they started bleeding, and i got this constant aching pain in my lower gums so in january i started flossing properly twice a day, the bleeding stopped, i also got a hygienist clean and a dentist visit, both said i don’t have bone loss and that it is gingivitis.

Three months pass, the pain stops and my front bottom and top gums swelling goes down they are now pink and appear firm, however i now have slight black triangles in some of my top teeth.
My molar gums however have stayed constantly red and puffy (no bleeding) this whole time,
I saw a different a hygienist at a different practice, she said that it’s likely still gingivitis and i may be brushing too aggressively and to start brushing softly and see if the inflammation goes down.

the inflammation did not go down 😔 but rather the pain i used to have in my lower gums came back kinda of on and off not constant.
My teeth also sometimes feel like there’s pressure around them (but honestly i don’t know if this is just in my head because im paying so much attention to my gums recently)
my front bottom and top gums are still pink and appear firm, i still have no bleeding, molars still look angry

so I saw a dentist again but at the different practise to get a second opinion, however he also said my gums actually look fine, he took x-rays and mentioned nothing about bone loss just some caries i had that might need filling (i also don’t know how i got these as my dental hygiene routine is very strict)
He didn’t really say anything about the pain but neither did the last dentist or hygienists.

Some things to note, i got birth control in september and it caused my hormones to go crazy, im not sure if this could be the cause of my gum inflammation.

I have been incredibly stressed for the past few months due to personal reason, because of this i don’t eat too much and im probably deficient in a few vitamins as my diet recently has been scarce, ive also had sleep issues.

i catch myself sometimes clenching due to stress

I have hypothyroidism however i take medication for this.

my hygiene routine is water flossing both morning and night, I floss usually at night but if time morning as well everyday, sometimes i use interdental brushes, i then rinse with antibacterial mouthwash, and then brush with an electric toothbrush at the gum line.
I have also started water flossing after every meal and chewing xylitol gum throughout the day.

my second dentist visit he did say i had a new cavity despite my oral hygiene so i don’t know if im doing something wrong?
advice would be extremely appreciated :(.
