Tier down from Bowers here? Also need opinion on what to add in…

Going into a tank year for the 1.01 but got a verbal agreement on this offer PLUS me sending my choice of Boston/Antonio Williams/Chris Bell.

My 1st question is which of those 3 to tack on, my 2nd question is if tiering down from Bowers is worth this haul (proj. mid 1st, sending late 2nd), and my 3rd question is how my house this will hurt me getting lowest Max PF for the 1.01

Jamo/Gadsden/‘27 3rd for Jayden Higgins/‘27 1st

Verbal offer is this deal but the ‘27 2nd will actually be a 3rd. ‘27 1st is from team that just won championship. Full point TE Prem

I know a lot of people are expecting a Higgins breakout. Is this enough to get off that?

I’m a rebuilding team and trying to build up draft capital. Got a solid offer for Burden but the dude’s ceiling is just sooo high. Dont want to let him walk too soon and him breakout crazy this year.
