SWEATING!

Um so the SWEATING with this medication?!? Is this a common side effect? TMI but I am just SITTING outside and my armpits are drenched. I’ve always been one to get pretty warm, but I’ve never sweat through my T-shirt unless it was insanely hot and I was doing work outside. To be fair, it is 85 degrees, pure sun, slight breeze but this sweating has never been me. I use really good anti-perspirant deodorant. I’ve been changing my freaking clothes like crazy. What have you guys done to help this?

Medication effectiveness during menstrual cycle

Wondering if I’m crazy or if other people experience this as well. Also had the same thing happen on Vyvanse. I’m currently on 300 mg XL for ADHD. It has been life changing especially for controlling my appetite. Unmedicated, I have absolutely no impulse control when it comes to food.

I’m 3 days out from when I’m supposed to start my period and today and yesterday I felt like I could keep eating nonstop. Before I knew it, I ate an entire pint of ice cream. I felt so ashamed and horrible about myself. :( also my PMS symptoms and cramping are worse than when not taking the medication.

Anyone else experience this? And if so, has anything helped to combat the low effectiveness during your period?

Random days of overeating?

I’m on 150 mg XL (starting 300 tomorrow) for anxiety and ADHD. It has been helping me SO much with snacking related to my ADHD. I have been eating like a normal person rather than not knowing when to stop. But today, I couldn’t stop snacking and eating unhealthy food. Does anyone else have random days of feeling like this?

I’m on week 4 of 150 mg XL and starting to get some bad gastro side effects like constipation, horrible gas, bloating, and nausea. Does anyone else experience these side effects, and if so, did they go away? I have IBS-C so the constipation is worse than normal and I’ve been having a hard time going without any sort of medication.

I have my 4-week follow up with my psych next week but wanted to see if anyone else has had similar experiences? I’ve been doing really well on the medicine and don’t want to have to stop.

I’ve always been one to pick up obsessions, especially when it comes to TV shows, celebrities, books and other types of media (ADHD Hyperfixation!). Like I’m sure all of you are, I am quite obsessed with heated rivalry. I watched it for the first time a couple months ago and I have reheated countless number of times since then. I own merch like T-shirts, have stickers above my work desk. bought the CD and vinyls that will be shipped out this summer. I love all things Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams. Hudson Williams posted a freaking song on his Instagram story, and I immediately played it liked it added it to my playlist. Sigh.

I am to the point where certain songs from the series/album make me very emotional. Like Bad Things that plays at the end of episode six. I cannot even watch that scene anymore because it tugs at too many emotions.

Honestly, I kind of feel like a crazy person. Like I said, obsessions are not something that are new to me, but the intensity of this obsession is quite shocking and took me by surprise. What are some of the obsessions with this show that you have and did any of them surprise you?
