Confusion about my major
Hello; i’m currently majoring in civil engineering at a community college with a pathway for bachelors at a university. Initially, I wanted to study some business so that I could be a project manager. I’ve always loved fixing things, building, lincoln logs, so it seemed it fit. I’ve also always had a huge passion for music, and psychology, however I never thought about pursuing it since financial stability is slim. In my first semester, I took english and psychology, and now i’m just confused all over again. I had no idea sound engineering could be pursed in such a physical and stable way, nor did i consider psychology engineering to even be a thing. I don’t want to stay headstrong on a career path i sort of love in the name of money, life would get stressful. Is there any sort of major you guys recommend? Am I okay where i’m at for now? I havnt had a chance to speak to a counselor since summers coming up and offices are closing. It’s getting to the point where friends, teachers, bosses are telling me I should really pursue something about humanity , music, or writing. I’ve never been so unsure!
