Being on sema made me realize my weight was never a discipline issue
I am on 1mg of sema weekly, but before finding out about these compounds, I bought into all the diet propaganda. People always say to eat more protein, track calories, and just be more consistent. Every regimen basically boils down to telling you that you are fat because you lack discipline. Now that my appetite is actually biologically regulated, I realize how much of the process was just me fighting my own brain. If running a GLP1 makes sticking to these diets so much easier, doesn't that mean it was never an issue of discipline in the first place?
