She’s eating and getting lively. Thank you to everyone for their suggestions

Our current foster cat, a 4 year old female, wasn’t eating at the shelter and has been at our house for a week. She’s super sweet but refuses to eat. She went to the vet they gave us appetite stimulants but she still refuses to eat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
