Books about relationships and communication for someone who's never been in one
In my 30s and never been in a relationship. Looking for books that help understand how relationships work, like the dynamics, and communication, and how to express myself
Since I struggle with expressing myself and tend to become a pushover, so anything on boundaries or not losing yourself would be a bonus.
I know reading can’t play the same role as living through it and I’m not trying to replace real experience, just a good place to start. Any suggestions, fiction preferably, would very helpful Thanks!
