What type of anesthesia for rhinoplasty + rib graft
Hi, I'm planning for rhinoplasty using my own rib cartilage under sleep anesthesia (twilight sedation) and local anesthesia. Has anyone had their rib graft harvested with sleep sedation and local anesthesia?
I thought this would require general anesthesia but they said its not necessary. Im kinda of scared about moving during the rib graft and damaging my pleura. Has anyon3 had rhino+rib graft under sleep sedation and local anesthesia? How was ur experience?
