The new portion is the family room, foyer, mudroom and powder room which will connect to the original house. The jr adu actually functions as our primary - we converted that kitchenette to a functional pantry/laundry room area that connects to our room. Have three kids. No space for extra garage but have shed in back and two offices. Total would be 2116sqft, lot 6050 total.
