If a hotel is in an unsafe area and there was a recent stabbing in the hotel. Do you think hotel accommodations will honor a request to move you?😭

Has anyone been prescribed Acetaminophen-Codeine for severe menstrual pain? If so, what was your experience? I was given tramadol at first and it didn’t even touch the pain. Im nervous about trying these new meds and experiencing pain again if it doesn’t work ):
