Hello,

I’ve had an RLC-1224A for a few weeks now, which saves recordings to an SD card. Suddenly, the Reolink app stopped showing any recorded data for the camera. I tried formatting the card, but it failed (even after restarting the camera). Then I removed the card and inserted it into my PC, and I was able to access all the previous recordings there.

Is this a known issue? The worst part is that I only noticed it by chance. Otherwise, no further recordings would have been saved.

For now, I’ve installed a different card, and that one works. We’ll see how long it lasts...

P.S.: When I removed the card, a screw from the cover fell out, and I haven’t been able to find it. Reolink definitely needs to improve this.
