Which program is considered better for rheumatology fellowship. BIDMC or BU/BMC?
Really confused about which one to rank higher

What to tell a program when they respond by saying ‘I noted you didnt signal us, and we are still reviewing applications’

I submitted my application to rheumatology fellowship on July 14. Does submitting it before July 15 makes a difference? Is it possible that those who submit earlier, will have a higher chances of their application being reviewed? Or do programs receive them at the same time?
