shout-out to my fellow test takers taking it for a third and likely final time
This will be my third test and (hopefully) my final attempt. I've scored 160 and 164 after a diagnostic of 156 nearly two years ago. I think at this point I've seen nearly every practice question and taken nearly 30 PTs and have been all over the place in the 160s. In the last month I've been consistently 168-171 but really thought I'd be at a better place more consistently going into this test. I've had a good amount of -0 and -1 sections but have struggled to put it all together and still find ways to shoot myself in the foot. I don't know if it's working full-time on top of studying or maybe I've just reached the limit of my ability despite having confidence in myself.
Anyway, just want to say that sometimes your best is good enough. I've come to terms with where I'm at and am ready to move on from this test, even if it means accepting that I wasn't as 'skilled' at this test as I thought I could be. I'm still proud of all the work I've put into this for the last two years (with long gaps in studying) and I'm proud of everyone else who has done the same. I also have had to remind myself that this is just the first step in a long journey and no matter what happens I WILL go to law school and I WILL become a lawyer.
Good luck everyone!
