I don't really know where else to ask about this so please be kind. My son is non verbal and even if I'm I another room in the house, if I'm reading something scary in a book he'll start screaming and he gets very upset if I'm scared. I've tested it out multiple times and it happens each time. I like horror but I can't read or listen to it while he's at home. Is he being impacted by my feelings some how or is it just coincidence? Thank you for any thoughts on the subject. I can't really talk to anyone about this and he can't tell me how he's feeling.
