Another item that came up on my news feed: student loans at graduation, something around £37k, so anyone doing a second degree to become a nurse could end up with student loans of nearly £80k. Out of curiosity, why are people doing a second degree in nursing?

Getting a very well-paying job in nursing, such as management, is very competitive. I wonder if people realise that?

So for most, it will max out at maybe 45K or a bit more because of enhancements.

Out of curiosity, do most realise that before they start a second degree?

If it made housing cheaper would you be happy for building regs and planning to be changed, it would also mean less comfort although that's debatable depending on your concept of comfort.

Would you be prepared to buy shell and do it up as you had money verses buying a new A rated house?

For those with children female or male how did it effect you career, did you make different choices because you had children that you would not have made if you had children.

Is it different for men and women. I only came across one man working part time, yet a large amount of women were working part time.

Has anyone done a foot care course after nursing and become an independent practitioner. I am not talking about becoming a podiatrist. Thank you.
