Laid Off - report to school?
I’m a SWE at Meta and was laid off today as part of their big company wide layoff. I’ll be attending an M7 in the Fall and have already completed the background check. Do I need to report this to the school? Also when recruiting starts in the fall should I be transparent about being laid off?
