Triple Assessment Disapointment

Hi there, I am 32 mother of 2 youngest is 5. I found a small pea sized lump under my left arm 6 weeks ago, I saw GP she gave antibiotics to see if that will help. She could feel lump as well. Antibiotics did not work, lump got a bit bigger, she reffered me as urgent to the breast clinic. In the 2 weeks waiting for the appointment the lump got larger, my armpit is thicker, my left breast swelled up so big and hurts so bad, there is a rash and repeated pain like a shock going through both armpit and breast. The swelling went down a little bit but pain is considerably worse. I got an appointment for today, just finished seeing the Proffessor and she said she couldn't feel my lump dismissed swelling in one breast and pain as hormones told me off basically for being worried and told me to take evening primrose oil and wear a tight bra they gave me in clinic today I asked for ultrasound and she basically said they would not be doing any further testing she will bring me back in 4 weeks. I told her I feel like something is seriously wrong and she just dismissed me.
has this happened to anyone else?
Symptoms are worsening.
